What UL94 V-0 Means

UL94 is the international standard for plastic flammability. The V-0 rating requires specimens to self-extinguish within 30 seconds after two 10-second ignitions, without dripping that ignites cotton. In electrical enclosures, power modules and battery areas, V-0 plastic fasteners significantly reduce fire spread risk.

Typical Applications

Certified products suit switch power supplies, LED drivers, appliance controllers and charging piles where flame retardancy is mandatory. Customers can directly specify UL-listed grades in BOMs to pass safety audits.

This certification covers black and natural glass-filled nylon 66 grades, offering M3-M8 screws, nuts and spacers. Other colors and sizes can be customized.
